Instructions to
be printed on the Fly leaf.
This
form should be written up in the form of a General Diary and
everything should be reported in it chronologically, i.e., all
trips, time of start and finish, work done, tyres changed, etc. It
should be put up to the Superintendent of Police daily. Two copies
should be made, one for the Superintendent of Police and one office
copy. The driver can write up the form from his notebook, if the
daily diary book in the printed form is considered too bulky to take
in the vehicle.
